Hands On and Follow Through are the words I'd use to describe working with Robert. He was a hands on realtor, taking us from initial discussions of what strategies we'd use to pick a selling strategy and following through the entire process, getting us more money that we'd originally priced the house on the market. I can't emphasize strategy more, this wasn't a throw a dart in the wall process, this was a thoughtful and planful strategy to get the most money for our property. When I put my home on the market, Robert and I sat down and discussed the situation, what I thought I needed to sell for based on all the costs involved with selling a home. We worked out a strategy where we were going to put it on the market above the price we'd worked out and hold to our price as close as we could when any offers came in. The professionalism Robert showed setting things up like this was exactly what I needed, it made me feel confident that he was truly in our corner. The professional photos and video of the house that he also suggested was the thing that I believe sold our house to potential buyers. Robert took on the work to ensure safety was done with regards to COVID restrictions as well as ensuring our house wouldn't be damaged by prospective buyers walking through. When the house was put on the market for showings we had an offer from the first couple that viewed it, on the first day it was on the market, for more than the original asking price. I joked with Robert that we couldn't take the offer because the spreadsheet that I'd built had not factored in an offer of that much money. Needless to say we took the offer. Robert was there available for calls and questions about things from the moment he took on our home selling event. I felt like I was his only customer when he dealt with me which shows the level of commitment he has to his clients. I would and have recommended that anyone selling a home get in touch with Robert, they won't be sorry.
